Old Fashion Stuffing
Moist stuffing is my favorite!
16 ounces dry bread Pepperidge farm herb season stuffing. (cubes and crumbs) I mix a few of the different types and crumble a few pieces of sliced bread.
2 cups diced celery
2 cups chopped onions
2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 tablespoons butter, melted
2 1/2 cups turkey broth or 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 eggs – I add until its moist.
Saute the onions and celery.
Mix all the ingredients together, adding more liquid until moist, and bake in a casserole dish on 350 for 45 minutes.
